9. Fixed-Term Packages and Recurring Subscriptions
Wafaq may offer both fixed-term packages and recurring subscriptions.
A fixed-term package that is not identified as automatically renewing will expire at the end of its stated validity period. You may need to purchase another package to continue using the relevant premium features.
Where a plan is specifically offered as an automatically renewing subscription:
- The renewal frequency will be disclosed before purchase.
- The applicable payment method may be charged at the stated billing interval.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Wafaq Purchase & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or replace mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Purchases made through third-party platforms, including an app store, may also be subject to the applicable platform's billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
11. User Content
“User Content” includes photographs, profile descriptions, messages, preferences, information, and other material you submit, upload, send, or display through Wafaq.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Wafaq a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
You represent that:
- You have the necessary rights to submit the content.
- Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
- Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
You should not publish information that you do not want other eligible users to see.
12. Profile Visibility
Depending on your account settings and the features you use, information included in your matrimonial profile may be visible to other Wafaq members.
You are responsible for reviewing information before publishing it.
Wafaq may use manual or automated systems to help identify potentially fraudulent, inappropriate, unsafe, or prohibited content.
Use of such systems does not guarantee that every inappropriate or fraudulent profile or item of content will be detected.
13. Privacy
Your use of Wafaq is also governed by the Wafaq Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, processed, disclosed, and protected in connection with the Service.

Where appropriate or required by applicable law, Wafaq may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using Wafaq at any time and may request deletion of your account, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
18. Consequences of Termination or Account Deletion

20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wafaq and persons involved in providing the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of the Service where such liability may legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a particular change, Wafaq will take reasonable steps to comply with those requirements.
23. Changes to Paid Services
Wafaq may modify its paid services, package features, limits, or prices from time to time.
Changes will not retroactively change the price of a completed purchase.
If a change affects an automatically renewing subscription, any required notice will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
24. Changes to These Terms
Wafaq may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, safety requirements, legal requirements, or operating practices.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date.
Where a change materially affects users and applicable law requires additional notice or consent, Wafaq will take reasonable steps to provide it.
Your continued use of Wafaq after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
