Wafaq is for adults aged 18 and over. Minors must not create accounts or use its matchmaking and messaging services. Report any account you believe belongs to a minor.
No child sexual abuse or exploitation
Wafaq prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, child trafficking, and requesting, posting, or sharing sexual content involving minors. This includes synthetic or altered depictions of such exploitation.
How to report
Use Report on a member’s profile, or contact [email protected]. Provide the profile link and a brief description. Do not send or redistribute illegal images or material. Blocking can be used to prevent unwanted contact.
Review and action
Wafaq reviews safety reports and takes appropriate action, including removing prohibited content and restricting or banning accounts. Information needed to handle a report is retained under the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Incidents are referred to competent authorities where legally required. Users should not investigate the incident themselves or contact the reported person.

The Wafaq owner is responsible for safety reports received at [email protected]. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Wafaq support is not an emergency service.
